Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms describe the current public service scope, user responsibilities, and limits that apply when you use Datarwin.
Article 2 (Current public service status)
The current public service includes the website, account flows, dashboard/admin surfaces, documentation, and status pages. Paid subscription checkout remains on hold until the core engine is complete.
Article 3 (Investment disclaimer)
Nothing provided through this service constitutes investment advice. All investment decisions remain the responsibility of the user, and the company is not liable for investment losses.
Article 4 (Information boundary and wording scope)
- The public site and briefings are for information organization and product-status communication.
- They do not provide personalized investment advice based on a user's assets, goals, or risk tolerance.
- Wording that could be read as a buy/sell instruction, guaranteed return, or performance promise is not used in the current public service.
Article 5 (Account and security responsibilities)
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and properly using available security controls such as two-factor authentication.
Article 6 (Pricing and billing status)
Public pricing pages describe monthly list prices, annual reference pricing, planned launch offers, and current product status. A final paid billing contract, including tax and billing terms, becomes effective only when public billing is officially opened and checkout terms are presented.
Article 7 (Support, refunds, and service changes)
Before public paid launch, account or billing-related issues are handled through support case-by-case. The company may change, suspend, or refine public service scope as the product evolves.
